Deposition summaries contain a precise representation of all the facts of the testimony, presented in complete sentences. The summary is captured either page wise or based on topics discussed, with topic headings and page/line references. The deposition summaries are approximately 10% of the original transcript. Deposition summaries are utilized extensively during mediation, trial, client conferences, and while deposing additional witnesses.
