Legal QC operates at two distinct levels which are:
Quality Assurance:
- Determining measurables based on clear and definite technical requirements.
- In consonance with client requirements and industry standards.
- A fixed process established at the beginning of each project.
- Periodic meetings with client attorneys to review quality checklist.
Quality Control:
- Processes for quality control on a day to day basis.
- Spot checks
- Errors and improvement logs maintained and distributed to all team members
- Addresses shifting dynamics of a project.
- Identify areas for additional training
- Identify team members with specific performance issues
- Continuous, developing process, issue based approach.
