To ensure secure systems and productive work environment Manthan has made substantial investments in technology and infrastructure.

Manthan's world-class delivery center at Bangalore is comparable to the best software facilities across the globe with a capacity to hold 400 associates. All Manthan facilities have completely networked workstations, fully equipped conference rooms, classrooms, and a well-stocked library.
Every year, Manthan spends about 15% of its revenue towards technological infrastructure development. The hardware comprises High-end Sun Servers, Compaq Servers, and backup devices. The latest software including development tools, utilities and RDBMS platforms complement this hardware.
The objective of the enterprise network is to provide a high performance and world-class software development environment that enables the delivery of software products and services to Manthan customers. This entails:
 |
Remote connectivity to Manthan's customer networks and systems |
 |
Internet access and global electronic communication |
 |
Enabling internal work automation flow |
All the above requirements are met without any compromise to the security of Manthan or our customer networks and systems. In addition, the productivity of Manthan employees is maximized.
| Communication Infrastructure (Manthan and Customers) |
The "global delivery model", adapted by Manthan, hinges on running operations from remote centers. Manthan depends on robust and reliable network connections with customers to deliver services.
Our two leased lines act as backup for each other. One T1 line is from the leading ISP VSNL. The redundant connectivity is of capacity 512 MBPS and is from Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).
Through these links Manthan has connectivity to customer sites spread over two continents. E-mail connectivity to customer sites is also provided. Connections to customer's networks are through a firewall. The firewall permits PCs on the Manthan Network to access FTP and Telnet services outside the firewall.
