The Master Knowledge Tree repositories become richer and richer over time. New clauses are added as a user drafts and old ones are archived. You create new work products tapping existing enterprise contracts intelligence and then use the new work products to enhance the same enterprise contracts intelligence

Wizard based Document Assembly has the following features:

- Answers all questions in a single screen using our 3 panel window ( The tools of the other software available in the market ask you one question at a time, making it difficult to flip between questions)
- Easily tracks pending questions as well as questions that have been answered
- Incorporates simple text inputs as well as complex combination of inputs
